Paying rich tributes to Ayoub Lelhari ,Hurriyat said that youth of Kashmir are being continuously pushed to the wall and forced to take up arms to resist occupation and injustice.The spokesman said that using military might to suppress genuine dissent will not yeild any results for the GOI as Kashmiris are committed to their goal of right to self-determination.
Hurriyat said that Kashmir issue remains a major threat to peace for the entire sub-continent as it is because of this dispute, India and Pakistan have fought three wars. He said it is because of the unresolved Kashmir dispute that innocent human lives continue to be lost in the state as well as at the border due to regular border skirmishes.
